You Never Know...

... who ends up reading your blog. 

I've had another one of my "straight boy" crushes kind of found out... it most infamously happened a few years back when I was gushing over a contestant on The Amazing Race... but this one comes via a post a few weeks back where I highlighted my piqued interest in ABC News' David Muir... and a contestant on the CBS reality show The Greatest American Dog.

Unfortunately, this post is not some steamy encounter with Mr. Muir while both of us were in Beijing (so close, but yet so far)... but alas from the dog show... and my run-down of Presley the boxer's owner, Travis. If you need a reminder, this is Travis:

While I am not as fanatical about it as I used to be, I still at least take a glance at how folks are reaching my blog pretty much every day.  So it was a bit of an "uh oh" moment, when I saw some hits coming in from travisandpresley.com.   I investigated a little further and here's a screen cap:

As you see, my little admiration piece ended up in the "press room" section of this site -- which I have really no idea how closely affiliated or involved either Travis (or for that matter, Presley) are with it -- but it was still pretty amusing... and not to bad to be in the company of my beloved Entertainment Weekly and their hometown newspaper.
