Poop Paradox

Work is not being terribly agreeable with my blogging desires today (sacrebleu!)... and after reading this post, you may have just wished I didn't...

But here are some thoughts that have gone through my head while out in the backyard...

First, you'd have a hard time convincing me that our dogs poop less than what they eat.  I lift the food bowl and the sh&t bag... and sorry, there is just no comparison between the two!    And yes, we feed them that "high quality" name-brand food that touts "less waste"... but if this is less, I can't imagine what the alternative would be!

Second, for this particular activity (and in general), we have stopped using garbage bags with "odor shield."  Silly me, thought that might be an improvement... but what they don't tell you is the bag by itself smells just as bad (or worse!) than any bad-smelling thing you could put in it!

I think today's blog is hilarious - of course I also have two dogs - two bassets with very l o o o o n g intestines! My backyard looks like a battlefield and I have to wait until all the snow if gone to really get to it.
