Were you surprised as I was to see my 1000th post?!
It was pretty funny. I knew my big blog milestone was coming, so I had prepped that entry in advance. Like many bloggers, I often stet entries to post at a later time and/or date.... so I wasn't planning on publishing that entry until today. And here I was thinking I wasn't going to have to come up with something original for today! So turning a negative into a positive... what better thing to blog about than this little "oops"!
The vast majority blog entries are "baked fresh daily." However, I usually like to let them "stew" for an hour or so before posting... that way I can give it a "once over" (not that I am a perfectionist... grammar, spelling, etc... by any stretch!) or insert a new idea or "line"... you know how it works... you finish something and then think "oh, I shoulda..."
So some W&C posting "time" secrets revealed!
If my morning is going well... "real work" is cooperating... my blog muse is in 'da house... you will more often than not find a 10:18am post. What time is that for you? Well, that's a bit tricky. Given that most of AZ does not observe Daylight Savings that'll shift an hour depending on the time of year. We're MST but, at the moment, we're on the same time as PST. So why the heck 10:18? Well, that's my subliminal (or subversive) reminder to all of you of my birthday. Sneaky, huh?
Otherwise... you'll find posts at numerically "alliterative" times... such as 2:22 or 4:44... or if my morning post is "running late" perhaps an 11:11 time-stamp...
Go ahead ... look at the times... you'll see the pattern.

Oops - wrong comment to wrong blog.
I was going to ask how you pre-date your posts. I've tried with MT, but I also have a WP blog.
I have an option that says "Future" but it doesn't seem to do anything. Congrats on your 1,000th post.

Oh my.
This is harder to unravel than the DaVinci code.
