Ok... so when you are a little light on blog topics... always safe to use pretty boys as a fall back... right?
So I'm watching some of the Rogers Cup tennis tournament up in Toronto this afternoon... the featured afternoon match is James Blake vs. Richard Gasquet. The American Blake, now the #5 ranked player in the world, was the easy odds-on favorite going into the match... so what happens?
The Frenchman wins the match 6-4, 6-3... though Richard (oh, if you're practicing your French that's... Ree-shard Gas-kay) should have won the second set in far more impressive fashion...
But on a purely surface level and throwing away any blind patriotism for Blake, I don't have a problem with the 20-year old Frenchman sticking around for another round. As they say in France (or likely don't!)... ooo la la! And besides, once I got that "punny" blog post title in my head I couldn't let it go... (though the "bonus"/naughty double entendre didn't initially hit me... honest! I know... bad, bad boy).
Now don't get me wrong, James is a hot guy. Blake, being the wonderful guy he is, shaved his head for charity a couple of years back... but I still find myself pining for his former dreadlock days. Not that I am a big fan of dreads (I don't think it quite works as well for his brother Thomas, who still sports a full head of hair)... but James worked all that hair just right.
So any dissenting, pro-bald opinions out there with regards to Mr. Blake?

I'm also not a fan of dreads, but he looks quite sexy with them in a wildman sort of way.
