Don't know quite why this picture caught my eye...

Meet France's Marc Gicquel... who came pretty close to scoring a big upset on the terre baute of Roland Garros today vs. the 13th seed Nicolas Kiefer... our guy literally and figuratively went down in a match that lasted nearly 5 hours and to 11-9 in the fifth set (for you non-tennis fans out there, trust me that's long!).
Besides his knack for falling to the ground in a very provocative manner, I don't know much at all about Gicquel... but after some quick research, I can makes some guesses... at age 29 and with career earnings of $290,000 (a $$ amount Roger Federer makes on a very bad week), the Frenchman is likely a staple on the challenger tour (the "minor leagues" of tennis).
