Today is the big day! My MINI Cooper should hit US soil for the very first time!
The Don Pasquale is scheduled to dock at Port Hueneme,CA today ... from there it will be unloaded and head over to the distribution center in Oxnard, CA.
Of course, I had to map this out... so, thanks to Google Earth, you can see it is a very short hop... the distribution center is at the first "5" in that street address below.
So it's back to the phones lines to await word that it is "officially" arrived at the distribution center... and after that... talk of "months" and "weeks"... will finally be down to "days"!
I've been to Port Hueneme! Nice beach they have there. Hope your Mini gets to soak in some California sun! ;)
